Open Question: I need some serious college advice on where to transfer to?

Alright I am a 20 year old male. I currently go to Lehman college in the Bronx and I have a 3.4 gpa and have 50 credits. I plan to dorm at a college by fall 2011 where I will have about 70 something credits. And get the "college experience" I am looking for a college that is about a maximum 4 hour drive. I was thinking of going to either Seton Hall University, University of Delaware or University of Rhode Island or anywhere else that is a great school with great teachers, students, party scene and bascially fun.
