Delaware City Council puts income tax on ballot

Delaware City Council on July 26 approved the third and final reading of an ordinance that will put on the Nov. 2 ballot a 0.3-percent income tax levy dedicated to the city fire department. If approved by voters, it would raise the overall income tax from 1.55 to 1.85 percent.... Read More »
